The Children’s Developmental Center is recruiting for new members to join our team in providing early intervention services to young children and their families. The Center is seeking motivated, compassionate, energetic and caring individuals for our education department. EEO. Benefits. Paid holidays. Salary dependent on qualifications. The majority of the services will be provided in the child’s natural learning environments. Travel time and mileage are reimbursed. Prefer candidates with experience with young children and those with developmental delays and challenges and with individuals with ASD. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Positions are full-time with approximately 8 weeks off during the fiscal year.

Certified Teacher: Endorsements in ECE, Special Education or similar. This position is responsible for evaluation of new referrals, participation in Individualized Family Service Plan, providing early intervention services in natural environment and center based services. Supervises Educational Assistant.
Education Assistant: Bilingual English/Spanish required. This position will provide early intervention services as directed by the Certified Teacher. Will provide services in the child and families primary language (English/Spanish) and will accompany teachers and therapists for sessions to provide translation services.
Registered Behavior Technician: RBT has experience working with children diagnosed with ASD. If not currently registered as a RBT, is willing to do so within one month of hire. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. This position will work under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This position does not follow the same breaks as the positions listed above and will have fewer breaks in the fiscal year.
Speech Language Pathologist: We are seeking to fill two SLP positions. Applicant must have MA or MS from an accredited University in Speech/Language Pathology. Current certification or license by state as required to practice speech pathology in the State of Washington. Must have CCC or working towards obtaining your certification from ASHA (CF).
