As we approach a remarkable milestone—50 years of dedicated service to families in our community—we are excited to announce the launch of our upcoming capital campaign.
A capital project is a significant, long-term investment aimed at acquiring, improving, or expanding a physical asset such as buildings, equipment, or land. Since 1977, we have strived to uplift and empower families and children. Your generosity has been instrumental in helping us achieve our mission, and as we celebrate our half-century of impact, we invite you to expand your impact today in creating a better tomorrow.
We are overflowing– We have reached 50 staff members, and we are running out of office space. Our need for additional providers is critical, but there is no room to house additional staff or programmatic space. We are growing tremendously, and our current building is not able to sustain that growth.
Outdated building – In the last two years alone, we have replaced the HVAC unit, replaced the roof, and now our building thermostats are failing.
Funding – Most statewide grants are allocated for programmatic needs. When it comes to funding building repairs and/or renovations, most non-profit organizations are left to figure it out on their own.
We believe that together we can build a stronger, more resilient center for the next 50 years and beyond. Our capital project aims to renovate, expand and build on our current site to withstand the growth we are experiencing today, and the continued growth of tomorrow.

Facility Upgrades: We plan to renovate and build on our current site to create a more welcoming and accommodating environment for our community.
We aim to empower families and improve children’s lives through comprehensive early intervention services, education, and therapeutic services. Our providers and support staff do this with their full hearts. Our vision of having a community of empowered families and successful children is limited though, because we don’t have the space to accommodate our organization’s current or future needs.
Our capital campaign will officially kick off in January 2025 and run through our 50th anniversary in June 2027.
Together we can build a stronger, more resilient community for the next 50 years and beyond. Your donation helps us expand our programs, enhance our facilities, and provide essential resources that empower children to reach their fullest potential.
